Stir-Fried Protein Meat Slices
Main Ingredients: 200g protein meat
Side Ingredients: 30g green pepper, 30g carrot
Seasonings: 5g ginger slices, 10g Sichuan pepper oil, 25g salt, 5g soy sauce, 1g vinegar, 30g cornstarch slurry, 400g vegetable oil (about 30g used).
Instructions:
- Soak the protein meat in water until soft, drain, and mix with 15g salt and 20g cornstarch slurry.
